What we do for employers

IND recognised sponsorship

We check whether your company qualifies, prepare the application to the IND and set up the administration you must keep as a sponsor.

Highly skilled migrants

From salary check to residence card: we prepare the application your company files through the IND business portal, including the MVV where needed.

EU Blue Card and other work permits

EU Blue Card, intra-corporate transfer, single permit (GVVA) and researchers – we choose the route that fits the role and the candidate.

International recruitment support

Before you make an offer, we tell you which candidates you can hire, which permit applies and what salary is required.

Sponsor compliance

Payslips, proof of salary payment, reporting changes to the IND on time: we keep your sponsor file in order so your recognition stays safe.

Corporate immigration services

Family members of employees, renewals, job changes, permanent residence and relocation – one point of contact for your whole international team.

How we work

  1. 1

    Free 30-minute call

You tell us about the role, the candidate and your company. We tell you the best route, what is needed and the timeline.

  2. 2

    Fixed quote

You receive a clear quote for our work. IND fees are listed separately, so you know the full cost up front.

  3. 3

    Recognition and application

We prepare the sponsor application and the permit application. Your company submits them through the IND business portal, or by post.

  4. 4

    Arrival

We guide your new employee through the MVV, travel, municipal registration (BSN), the residence card and health insurance.

  5. 5

    Ongoing compliance

We remind you of deadlines and reporting duties, and handle renewals and job changes.

Report changes

Tell the IND within 4 weeks about relevant changes, such as the end of employment or a change of employer.

Duty of care

Select and inform your foreign employees carefully, and make sure they meet the conditions of their permit.

If it goes wrong
